Mrs. Shelia Godwin is a member of the Lumbee Tribe and resides in Pembroke, NC. She is married to Harvey Godwin. They have 2 children and 1 grandchild.

Shelia taught art within the public school system in Robeson County for 29 years

Pamela Young Jacobs is the immediate past Chairwoman and current Vice Chief of the Waccamaw Siouan Tribe. She is the first elected female Vice Chief to serve her people. She is chargedwith protecting tribal sovereignty, promoting economic development,health and educational initiatives.
